Our Weight Loss Pre-Course introduces you to both the experience of a hypnotic trance and lays the foundation of the processes of weight loss. We advise that you use the Weight Loss Pre-Course once per day for a minimum of one week.
Once you have completed the Weight Loss Pre-Course sessions and you’ve become confident in your ability to relax and easily enter into a hypnotic trance, you can begin listening to your Weight Loss Full-Course.

Listen to your Weight Loss Full-Course in order starting with session one. You only need to listen to each session of your course once. Allow at least one week between sessions.

You are free to listen to your weight loss recordings anytime that you want. However, there are certain exceptions:
It is important to allow yourself the time to listen to each recording without being disturbed or distracted. Although hypnosis aids relaxation it is best not to begin listening to a recording if you are feeling too tired.

NO. A hypnotic trance will only be possible with your full co-operation; no one can be hypnotized against their will or without their full co-operation. It would be impossible to hypnotize you if you were subconsciously unwilling to be hypnotized.
You will always be in control and if you decided, for whatever reason, to end your session you are free and able to simply open your eyes.
However, if you do want to enter a hypnotic trance, this would only be possible with your continued co-operation. Should you decide not to continue with your trance or not to accept any particular suggestion, all you need to do is open your eyes and stop listening to the recording.

If you fall asleep whilst listening to one of your sessions you will simply stay asleep until you are ready to wake up naturally.
In order to get the most benefit from your weight loss course it is best that you remain awake for the whole duration of the recording. If you sense that you have slept during one of your sessions I would advise that you listen to it again when you are feeling less tired.
If you constantly find yourself falling asleep during your course sessions, try listening to the recording in a well-lit and well-ventilated room. To increase the chances of staying awake throughout the recording you can also change your posture, try a more upright position
